The documentation available electronically (approximately 200,000 bytes expands to 1.5 Megabytes) includes the Users Guide, Appendix E (Variable List), and Appendix F (Variable Value Lables and Frequency Distributions). The Users Guide and Appendix E are available in WordPefect, Microsoft Word, and raw ASCII formats; Appendix F is available only in ASCII.

You can contact us using the email address below. The documentation available in print-only includes the survey instrument, the codebook, and question flow-chart.

Download chippdoc.exe -- DOS self-extracting zip format. Save the file to the directory of your choice on your computer, then run the file to uncompress it.

In order to obtain the data files, you must first fill out the Archival Registration Form.
