ICPSR Announces Funding Opportunity for 2016 Summer Program

ICPSR has recently made available the “Dr. Eugene Owen Scholarship for Research on the International Assessment of Student Achievement.” “The Owen Scholarship will be awarded to senior graduate students or outstanding pre-tenure scholars (less than five years since award of the PhD) conducting research that advances the understanding of international differences in student achievement. Recipients will be scholars who contribute to research and policy about education and teaching in a cross-national perspective. The Owen Scholarship is open to applicants from both North American and non-North American institutions.” Deadline for applications is April 30, 2016. For more information, go to:
