This site provides access to the raw data and documentation which contains information on Virginia slave trade in the eighteenth century from 1727-1769. Specifically, the data file contains information on the port of landing, ship's name, type of vessel, home port of vessel, tonnage, port of construction, year constructed, year of registration, type of owner, number of slaves carried, origin of slaves, and port of arrival.
