This online interactive tool allows visitors to rank and map neighborhoods according to socioeconomic disadvantage metrics. Researchers can download data and merged them with other data sources to examine how neighborhood disadvantage impacts health. Neighborhood Atlas updates and expands the Area Deprivation Index (ADI), a measure created by the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) to the Zip+4 zip codes. It presents data on socio-economic factors including poverty, education, housing and employment indicators drawn from US Census data.
