Abstract: The data for this collection were merged from four other ICPSR studies: Comparative Foreign Policy Analysis Materials, World Military Expenditures, World Handbook II Aggregate, and Annual Events. Data include cooperative and conflict events received and sent, various socio-economic indicators (all for mid-1960s), and various yearly domestic conflict data aggregated to 1962-1964 and 1965-1967. There are 40 variables for 85 developing nations (as defined by the United States Arms Control and Disarmament Agency).
