Abstract: This survey was conducted between May 10 and June 8 in 1994. Its sample size is 1326 national adults. It has 113 variables. The major topic include: most important problem in public schools(5); quality of public schools(7); federal education programs(4); values taught in school(10); discipline(1); violence in schools(13); reducing violence(8); emphasis of school subjects(8); teaching by satellite dishes(3); motivation to learn(3); cultures taught(2); involvement with schools(8).
