Abstract: This poll was conducted via telephone surveys between June 25 and June 27 in 1999. Its sample consists of 1,016 national adults. There are 85 variables on topics such as: Clinton job performance (2); political parties job performance (2); political party in control of Congress (1); 2000 presidential election (7); political leaders job performance (3); confidence in American institutions (17); Kosovo (4); economy (4); Hillary Rodham Clinton running for US Senate (2); gun control (3); Clinton vs. Republicans in Congress (1); Social Security (1); Medicare (1); HMOs (1); religion in public schools (7); earth revolve around the sun vs., sun revolve around the earth (1); patriotism (1); July 4th (3); revolutionary war (1); George Washington political party (1); NBA age restriction (1); who's better looking: Al Gore or George W.
