Abstract: This poll was conducted via telephone surveys on January 9-11, 2004. Its sample consists of 1,003 adults voters. There are 181 variables on topics such as: How much thought about upcoming election for president (1); how often vote (1); plan to vote in presidential election this November (2); George W. Bush job performance (1); 2004 Democratic presidential candidates (5); George W. Bush vs. Wesley Clark (2); George W. Bush vs. Howard Dean (2); George W. Bush vs. Dick Gephardt (2); George W. Bush vs. John Kerry (2); Dick Cheney job performance (1); agree/disagree that George W. Bush has the personality and leadership qualities a president should have (1); agree/disagree with George W. Bush on the issues that matter most to respondent (1); view about the election for president in November (1); Republican/Democratic party would do a better job of dealing with certain issues and problems (10); George W. Bush has/has not done anything that made respondent angry since he became president (1); generally content with direction of country/angry about something (1); how would react if Wesley Clark won Democratic nomination for president (1); how would react if Howard Dean won Democratic nomination for president (1); Wesley Clark's ideology (1); Howard Dean's ideology (1); Wesley Clark characteristics and qualities (4); Howard Dean characteristics and qualities (4); Americans united/divided about most important values (1); how likely there will be acts of terrorism over next several weeks (2); George W.
