Abstract: This poll was conducted via face to face interveiws between March 23 - 30 in 1985. Its sample consists of 2,000 national adults. There are 149 variables on topics such as: Federal budget and deficit(13); justification of U.S. troops abroad(8); Sharon/Time and Westmoreland and/CBS label suits(4); government subcontracting(6); energy concerns(4); opinion of various institutions(12); big business(17); positive/negative effects of technology(8); people in the media(11); ownership of various items(32); blood donations(3); public opinion polls(10).
