Abstract: The data set contains information relating to the respondent's satisfaction with employment, working conditions, living quarters, company provided meals, transportation service, distribution of benefits provided by company, safety measures, overtime, company handling of complaints, its union and newsletter. Also included are the respondent's opinions of free advancement training, company help with investment planning, accuracy of films on camp life, preferred entertainment, general management of the company, job stability, influence of company on economy of Chile, public opinion of the company, three conditions most important when finding employment, advantages, disadvantages of all of the above, and suggestions for improvement. Demographic data include salary, age, family status, nationality, education, former occupation, interviewer and camp.
