Abstract: This survey is part of a series conducted on a monthly basis in the first half of 1983 by Chilton Research Services of Radnor, Pennsylvania. It includes standard trend questions and demographic information in addition to questions on specific topics. Data are available in either card-image or logical record format. The survey has an OSIRIS dictionary-codebook which is available only in machine-readable form. Interviews for the January poll were conducted with 1,510 respondents. The questions determined attitudes concerning government policies and their economic impact. Each of the 1,510 cases has a logical record length of 133, there are approximately 120 variables.
