Abstract: This survey is part of a series conducted on a monthly basis in the first half of 1983 by Chilton Research Services of Radnor, Pennsylvania. It includes standard trend questions and demographic information in addition to questions on specific topics. Data are available in either card-image or logical record format. The survey has an OSIRIS dictionary-codebook which is available only in machine-readable form. Interviews for the April poll were conducted with 1,516 respondents. The questions evaluated the respondent's feelings towards Reagan's attitudes and actions concerning military spending and expansion, and the environment. Each of the 1,516 cases has approximately 132 variables, and each has a logical record length of 144.
