Abstract: This survey collected data from civilian, non-institutionalized population aged 16-69 in Canadian provinces. It attempts to measure the frequency and number of job changes in the Canadian labor market between 1988-1990. Topics include: periods of employment and unemployment, job search activities, unionization, pension plan coverage, wage rate, work schedule, inter- and intra-employer occupational mobility, and financial compensation during absences from work. There are 97,081 cases in this longitudinal file.
