Abstract: The records of the CETA and Wisconsin Women Research Project comprise three record series. The textual records include background materials on research objectives, notes on interviews with Prime Sponsors and CETA program operators, and quarterly reports. To supplement the information about CETA participants available from Prime Sponsor records, a telephone survey was conducted. The completed questionnaires comprise one textual record series. Besides the textual records, there are seven numeric machine-readable data files containing information on CETA participants in Wisconsin during fiscal year 1977. Information is available on conventional Title I, On-the-Job Training (OJT), Public Service Employment (PSE) programs, as well as special employment programs directed at eligible women.
