Abstract: This survey asked respondents questions about their beliefs concerning the effects of the information age on consumers. Some of the questions asked concerned the respondents' general attitudes, general policy attitudes, use of personal computers at home, demographic characteristics, and level of cultural activity. Respondents were also asked questions about their feelings regarding the effect of the information age in the areas of telecommunications, health insurance, auto insurance, credit, and employment. Finally, they were asked about their feelings regarding the personal honesty of consumers when applying for loans, etc.
